Registration

We welcome PreK-12 visual arts school teachers to register for ASD GATE on April 22, 2025. All registered attendees are encouraged to collaborate by leading a workshop session. This can be a hands-on workshop, tech tutorial, a discussion forum or a Job-Alike...something practical to take to the classroom. 

REGISTRATION + CANCELLATION POLICY

PRIORITY EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION will be available for $180.00 from April 8 - 21, 2025. This special 2-week pre-registration is for anyone who has attended GATE in the past.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION will be available for $180.00 from April 22 - May 5, 2025. 

REGULAR REGISTRATION will be available for the full price of $230.00 starting May 6, 2025.

If you need to cancel your registration, we request that you contact us at gate@asd.edu.qa  Full refunds will be given for cancellations made before September 1, 2025. After September 1, we will only be able to refund 50% of the registration in order to offset nonrefundable preparation costs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund if you request a cancellation after October 1.
